Our Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please email us at hello@nudsugaring.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the next steps, including where to send your item:

Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (such as menstrual products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Want to swap something out? The quickest way is to return the original item (once approved), and place a new order separately for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
